UOnline Process Development & Mapping

The core project of my role as an Experience Architect at the University of Utah’s University Connected Learning

This project emerged from a need to navigate online learning experiences for faculty and staff in the wake of COVID-19 panic.

UOnline, University of Utah’s new digital learning campus, comes from humble beginnings alongside Professional Education, Youth Education, and Lifelong Learning programs. In an attempt to keep up with global demands and trends, the University’s Senior leadership requested a more robust output of online programming. To limit the amount of scampering and stress, the UOnline team and I have worked to understand necessary parts of the program development process from various perspectives, map those into a cohesive workflow, and then craft development cycles and supporting materials.
